First as a police officer where I was trained in field sobriety testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and I was a certified infrared breathalyzer operator. I testified in hundreds of cases. While in law school I interned for a law firm that specialized in Operating Under the Influence defense. I have participated as an instructor with the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education in OUI Defense.
